These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TDOT Fragrances Inc., hereinafter referred to as "TDOT Fragrances," and the website located at www.tdotfragrances.ca (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site and its services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Order Policy
Orders placed through the Site will be processed and delivered by TDOT Fragrances’ personnel, agents, logistics partners, or designees, contingent upon successful order placement and payment verification.
- Pricing: Products are available for purchase exclusively through the Site unless otherwise indicated. The prices applicable to your order are those stated at the time of purchase.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and obtain a full refund, you must email us at info@tdotfragrances.ca within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been dispatched, except in instances where the product is defective.
- Returns: Products may be returned upon delivery if they are damaged and the fault lies with TDOT Fragrances. Returns require photographic evidence of the damage. Returns due to changes in preference are not accepted. Returns must be initiated within three (3) days of receipt for consideration. Refunds will be processed following approval of the returned item by TDOT Fragrances.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between you and TDOT Fragrances regarding these Terms or the Site shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator, who will be an independent and neutral third party appointed by TDOT Fragrances. The arbitration will be conducted in New Canada in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and will be conducted in English
